      Took yall 23 days to get me my new bank card, this is totally unacceptable & the worst part is it only came from Columbia.. Bank card should be overnight mail. Make it happen allsouth.

      Doug, we apologize that it took so long for your to receive your Debit Card. Some of our locations are able to issue Debit Cards immediately, but some of our locations have to mail the card and it can take up to 10 business days to receive the card by mail. We will share this information with our plastic card department as we continue to look for ways to improve. We appreciate your feedback.
