      Branch Manager is so unprofessional and likes to dabble in racial profiling. Deposited large sum for my mom into her account. She was scoping me in drive thru while another rep was completing deposit. I feel personally disrespected with how I was treated there. Branch Manager unfazed when I parked my car and I went inside to tell her to close my personal accounts. If she had asked for my ID she might have known I was a member there. She instead withdrew my money and didn’t close the accounts like I instructed her to. Decided the treatment I received warranted me to take my business elsewhere. Had to call main branch to do it right. I will never do business here again. And I will encourage all of my family to move their money elsewhere. Didn’t even say “let’s make this right.” She was like I don’t care if you close your account. Attitude problem. Never apologized once. Disgusted. Glad all of my funds are not with Allsouth. Branch Manager could benefit from diversity training. Not all Black people are thieves. Smh

      Don't use the mobile app for deposits. Sometimes it takes 1 day, other times 2 days before funds become available. In the meantime, the deposit shows up in your account, but you cannot use it and they charge you $30 if you have a draft that hits while waiting on your deposit to clear. I was told that if you deposit by mobile deposit they cannot verify the check, but you can go to the window and they can verify it automatically. If they send you back an email telling you your deposit is approved, beware, it usually is not. Worthless addition to online banking.
