  Do not do business with grow financial. Their interest rates are garbage. Their online banking user interface is among the worst I have seen. Everything seems to be way more difficult than it needs to be. all they do is collect interest pester you with their pathetic "security" system and seem to invest no money into customer service. trying to pay off a lump sum on my account ended up being an hours of my time that I will never get back. and then they call me right afterward to validate that these payments are correct. I miss the call and then have to wait on hold for 45 minutes just to tell them that no one had stolen my identity to pay off my loans. just such a waste of time. I cant wait to pay off my loan and wipe my hands of this scam.

  I have to say i wish everyone and all financial institutions were as friendly knowledgeable and so willing to help thier customer as much as a Grow employee 's are! I have been a customer of Grow going on 6 years now and I have never had a bad experience.i Just got off the phone with Brendan from the central ave store in North Carolina.What a helpful person he was and not once did he loss his cool .Thanks . I truly hope the corporate offices realize what great employees they have in thier Carolina branches...I wish we had a branch here in Crossville TN . Again Thank you Arnold Smith
