      Since the month of March 2022, Alma Financial made a change of bank to the Bank of America bank and that bank is NOT withdrawing payments from Alma Financial clients, causing clients to be late with their payments and creditors to report payments Late to credit report. Alma wants customers to send their money order or money gram payment directly to them, yet Alma sends late payments to creditors. They do not provide more options to the customer to be able to make their payments on time. We are already in July and the direct debit issue is still unresolved. His office hours are from 8am to 2pm. Instead of helping the client, we have to file a breach of contract claim.

      Don't risk your money. Alma is not complying with the payment to her creditors, affecting the credit history of her clients and thus breaching the contract. And as expected, they don't even answer the phones anymore.
