  I switched to alpine about a year ago. It’s a terrible bank, everything takes longer then your average bank. Transfers, deposits and withdraws take on average a day or two longer. Also they say how engaged they are in the community and are willing to work with people during a pandemic. That is a flat out lie. I accidentally over drafted on one transaction and was charged upward of $250 in fines. I called to try and resolve the issue a couple weeks later and they said they would work with me. They then proceeded to close my account and send my information to a credit collector. I never received a single phone call from them. Didn’t end up working with me on getting the fines paid for. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Extremely disappointed in this bank and the way they handled my account.

  I had to switch banks to Alpine Bank because my bank sucked. I am MUCH happier here with this bank. The online banking is much easier, the building itself is nicer, they don't skim my damn money like some places. I wish the staff was a bit more personable, though. But they get the job done and that's what matters.
