  Went to this bank three times today. The first two trips they don’t have available banker so I came back at 4:00 thinking they probably have less customer. There’s no customer when I came in and the lady that helped me is Tania. She asked me first if I have 40 mins to spare and I said yes because I’m eager to open a Business account. Once I sat down on her table she double checked my papers and then ask for my ID although I have a personal bank account from them. She told me I need my passport which in my case I don’t have with me because yesterday I called them to asked what requirements do I need to bring with me just to make sure I can open one today. The person I talked to over the phone didn’t tell me about the passport or ID to bring with me. To be honest this is not the first time Tania decline to help me. Few months ago I was trying to open this Business account and she’s the one who told me I needed a Foreign entity paperwork. Last year she’s the one who declined to notarize a document for me so I had to go down to Frisco and they notarized it for me with no problem. I’m not sure if she’s being racist or what considering that I’m Asian but there’s something with TANIA that this first bank location should look into. Misleading information and Rude customer service is not good for your company.

  Tania, the teller at this location needs some good customer service training.Went here 3 times just to open up a bank account and this lady doesn’t even know anything and she’s asking us a lot of requirements which she could just tell before we came back.You guys needs to step up your game.Poor customer service 👎🏻
