      This branch has more problems than solutions. If you want to conduct businesses they are going to make it as ridiculous and time consuming as possible. Granted there has been ONE Lady that was extremely professional and kind, but the majority of the time i am treated as if i am a criminal and they feel they are doing me a personal favor by granting me service to my account. Please remember. A bank works for me as my banker that I trust with my funds…not the other way around. Disgusting!

      This bank says what makes them different is that they care. NO, they absolutely do not care about the customer. Unless you have hundreds of thousands in your bank, this is NOT the bank for you. They are always rude and never willing to help me out. I went into one branch and asked if I could pay all my credit cards and go negative in my bank account and use the fresh start program. They said sure no problem. The next day Willits calls me to tell me they've reversed all the charges and charged me over $200 in fees. The exact thing they said they wouldn't do. You know why? Because I went into a branch that wasn't Willits and nobody called Willits to tell them about the deal they set up with me. Such an awful bank who truly does not care
