  Kolton was able to get us a mortgage rate that made it possible for us to buy our first home in an insanely competitive market. We were also able to close much earlier than expected, thanks to Kolton and Melia’s efficiency and persistence. Highly recommend!

  Working with Kolton along with my clients has been a very rewarding experience. My clients have found him to be very thorough and incredibly helpful, holding their hand when necessary yet being firm with what’s needed to get the job done. Doing both at the same time is a delicate balance which he manages extremely well. He has worked with some very challenging financial situations and come out on top for my clients which made their purchasing a home a reality. Kolton has the knowledge, experience, and perseverance to get Buyers to the finish line. Feedback from first time homebuyers to very experienced investors have all said he has done a great job for them. From a real estate brokers perspective he communicates well and keeps us in the loop of need to know dates, deadlines and status.

  Kolton and his team have been great to work with. He has helped me out on a variety of deals in the past. This most recent one was tricky with a lot of moving parts but he was able to make everything as seamless as possible. Great guy to work with!
