I am a new customer, 5 weeks after i signed up, nothing was received: no debit cards, no checks.... i called multiple times only to get a RUDE customer service rep that tried her hardest to get me off the call (Alex / Aleks)... Talked to the manager (Carry) , and the second i spoke up about the RUDE approach, she switched to be worse than her customer service rep..... i am speechless.... no one knows what is happening.... hours later of someone looking into it, still nothing is resolved.... the issue of urgency to get the debit cards was expressed upon sign up.... well, i was told today all i need to do it's show up in the branch and they can print me a card ? why did i wait for it 5 weeks then ? and multiple calls? I am so displeased with this branch, words cannot tell the full scope of frustration.... I wish I would have gone to another bank. They are new branch, I will give them a chance I thought ! well, think twice people - this is anything but a trustworthy bank on the other side ! I rarely leave reviews, but this I had to share. Think million times who you trust with your money - it shouldn't be AltaBank for SURE !
