  I've banked with this bank for 21 years. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I've had several occasions where I've called customer service and they were helpful, friendly, and kind and always go out of their way to make sure I have a good experience. I have personal accounts, business accounts, and the company I work for also banks at Altabank so I have a lot of interaction with this bank. I really like the MyRate checking accounts, instead of having to pay for checking like some banks, they actually pay you interest for using your account at their bank. I also really like that they don't charge you any bank fees for opening business checking accounts, as I've had several small businesses through the years.

  No wheelchair ramp from the parking lot of the parking spaces up to the sidewalk of building. I actually fell out of my wheelchair right in front of the drive in. My friends and I went all around the place and we couldn't find a place with any access from the parking lot. So they tried to help me put my wheels on the side way that surrounding the place and the height of the curbside was so high that I tipped out headfirst into the asphalt in the parking lot. Exactly into pathway of an incoming vehicle. After my friends quickly placed me back in my wheelchair on the pathway we went into the bank and asked where the ramps were and they told us that the way I would have had to go was to actually wheel myself out of the parking lot and to the sidewalk of the actual city block. So I would have had to wheel to the most dangerous part of the parking lot where the ramp into the parking lot cars coming and going onto the side path of the bank. I told them that that is absolutely not to code into please make an incident report of it after doing my business and cashing my check we left and I went straight immediately following at the facility I live at and had them file an incident report also so it is on record. They didn't offer any Comfort or accountability for their dumb lack of accountability.
