      This branch has a fantastic employee in Leah. Kind and patient, very easy to work with, even in tough situations. We really appreciate her great service and care for the customer!

      Although I do not bank here personally, I have cashed checks here a few times in recent years. The staff has terrible customer service. The teller Sydnie (I think thats her name) is very rude and short in her tone with all of her customers--as far as i have seen.. The manager, Geovany, doesn't seem to know any answers to my questions and if there is an error she tends to blame her employees rather than trying to fix things herself. I don't know why anyone would bank here with such terrible customer service. There was a young man that worked here about a year ago that was wonderful and seemed to really care for each customer,but he has since moved on. I would never open an account here and would never recommend to anyone!!
