      While working out of town, I was notified by Altana about possible fraudulent charges against my checking account. When I returned to Billings, Tammy with Altana was able to review all of the recent transactions. We were able to determine which transactions were fraudulent. Tammi then proceeded to issue a new debt card. All this was fast, easy and convenient. After 40 years and all the name changes, I just love this credit union!

      After trying out multiple banks and credit unions, ( Navy Federal, FIB, Valley, Stockman). I could not be happier than I am with Altana. Carisa and Ginnette at the 24th Ave branch, are great to work with, and have helped me with multiple loans. They have made the process very fast, and extremely direct. If you are looking for great service, and efficient loan officers, give them a call!

      Rude experience with a banker when my wife and I came into talk about a mortgage. We obviously weren't worth his time... and will be looking elsewhere for options.
