  We worked with Peterson F. on an RV loan and he and his team went above and beyond making it happen for us as quick as possible. Peterson was great to work with, friendly, professional, and a wonderful sense of humor. He's what this branch needed to up the customer service there!

  If you can’t make it to work on time don’t change the hours. Can’t even be on time for your 930am drive through opening. Get it together. Worst bank in Billings. I don’t even want to give one star.

  Customer service has gone downhill in the 12+ years we have banked here. Covid has become an excuse to limit their hours even more. The lobby is not open. You can’t reach a live person on the phone. The local number routes you to an 800 number. If you press 3 “to speak with someone at the local branch,” it hangs up on you! The drive through hours are pitiful and inconsistent. Since the lobby is closed, there are rarely less than 10 cars in line at the drive through, making it at least a 20 minute wait. US bank also closed the downtown drive through recently, so this has increased the traffic at 17th street branch. I notified the manager of this branch about my concerns recently and he was extremely defensive and rude.
