      Closest bank to the terrible 'laundromat'... didn't want to exchange funds so I could have quarters for laundry because I didn't have an account. I asked if they knew where else I could get change since I'm passing through and didn't need an account. After that they let me exchange funds as a 'one-time courtesy'.
