      My experience with 1st rate Mortgage was outstanding. It was simple e quick and easy. If you are looking to refi the rates were lower than the big companies out there. I would definitely recommend Joe at 1st Rate Mortgage. I did everything online except for the closing. Even that was easy since there are 5 or 6 closing offices available around the metro Atlanta area to pick from.
