      As with all branches you are probably going to have to wait in line if you arrive during peak times. But as long as you make an appointment in advance you can usually talk to someone right away if it's about your account. They do probably need more bank reps on site here but the guy who helped me out was great and got a new credit card shipped the next day. And BOA had already credited me $1000 for lost funds, when they didn't even have to which really bailed me out of a very bad situation, so far as i'm concerned they are all right in my book!

      Doesn't matter if they are busy or not I have had to wait an hour or more to get things done. Everything cannot be done through ATM and there are times when I request documents online, the response is to visit the local branch. I have had no problem with multiple other branches that I have used, this particular branch has this problem- every time I have visited this branch.

      Bank of America has been a major disappointment the last year or so . Been a customer for years and the service just gets worse and worse. Branches are always closed without notice and somehow all the other banks in the area ( BB&T , Regions etc ) manage to stay open despite Covid etc . My wife went to 5 different locations before she could find one that was open , and then had to stand in line for 45 minutes because they only had 2 tellers . Were ready to move on from BOA .
