      Allen Perry did a great job helping us get a mortgage for our first home. I felt a little nervous working with someone in Santa Ana when I was in LA, but it turned out not to be an issue. He even offered to make the trip so we could meet in person. I got a pre-qualification from a big bank. Then emailed a list of brokers the details, asking if they could compete. Allen got back to me quickly beating the big bank out by almost half a point and guaranteeing less than 30 days till closing. He always made himself available to me, took plenty of time to explain everything to me, sometimes one line item at a time, and met his 30 day guarantee. He treated us as if we were his only client, and unlike most of the real estate industry, was never de-sensitized to the large amounts of (my) money changing hands, an attribute you're not going to see too often. Allen should definitely be on your list of Brokers to shop around for a mortgage, I am confident he will have a great offer for you and do his part well in getting you a mortgage.
