I would recommend The Tom Brown Group. I have used them three times now, first for my original reverse mortgage and twice for refinancing. They showed me how to make my home work for me. The team is extremely professional, friendly and patient, especially Paul McIntyre & Sidney Johnson.

Paul McIntyre, the production manager at Tom Brown Lending, did an outstanding job helping us refinance our reverse mortgage. The project took a while to do, and he was patient and informative all along the way. He kept in good communication and helped us when ever we asked him.
