      Inconsistent customer service. I’ve called upwards of 6 times in the last two weeks to get a new credit card sent to me and it has been a hassle each call. What could have been solved the first call was only offered as an option by the last call when it was too late to work due to vacation plans. Seriously considering closing my account and banking elsewhere after multiple years of good standing.
