      The actual branches are great to work with. The people are always kind and helpful. The problem we have is with the call center. The call center is awful to deal with. They are extremely rude and incompetent. We usually have to contact previous branches we worked with to solve any issues that we have, or to even simply update our information. We have chosen to no longer do any new business with Altra because of how awful our experience has been.

      Would not recommend banking or doing a loan with this company. I activated my auto-pay twice and the company disabled it so they could charge me late fees.
