      Altura authorized an overdraft of 9,500 dollars of an ATM transaction that I NEVER AUTHORIZED. I have reached out to Altura several times via phone, I. took my paper work directly to an Altura bank, I have been sending numerous emails to Altura, and I have spoken with 6 representatives regarding this situation for the past few months and yet nothing has been resolved.
