      The place is clean and smells nice. Employees are also kind but they don't know how to file correctly. My mom and brother filed with them and didn't get the amount the tax preparer claimed they would receive. My mom was told around $3,000 and received only $500 while my brother was told he would get around $1,000 and only received $9. They still charged them the filing fees after the errors they made. As a professional tax business, if they made a huge error with such a large amount of money deducted, they should accommodate and not charge the fees but unfortunately they did. The range for both before and after tax amounts are extremely different. I honestly don't know how that could happen for a professional tax preparer with a license to file other's taxes. I hate leaving bad reviews and as I stated earlier, it's a friendly environment there but if you want your taxes done correctly, I would suggest going somewhere else because I wouldn't want this happening to anyone else.

      I really hate reading this review especially because this isn’t an accurate depiction of our employees. The truth of the matter is your mother and brother stated they did not receive the stimulus so the preparer added the benefit to the return. IRS did it’s due diligence and found that statement to be untrue so the refunds were offset accordingly. This was NOT do to anything done by our preparers. Feel free to stop by so we can AGAIN explain why it is extremely important to be as accurate as possible with us so we can get what you deserve. This was really a dishonest and distasteful review but we wish you and your family well.
