  My experience today in there was not the best. I had to witness a young lady get spoken to in a rude manner by the manager. He could of been having a bad day which I try to understand because we are all human. But the attitude toward her was just too much. She kept her cool, something that would of been hard for me to do given the situation. As I was deciding to whether get involved or not, it seemed like she left to get her husband from their car. It still didn’t sit right with me though so i’m most likely moving my accounts to a different credit union.

The incident in question involved a discussion in regards to following our policies, but rest assured that after you left, the issue was resolved and we were able to assist the Member.   They are inside Albertsons not next to Marshalls. I did let them know their location is wrong but it look like they do not care about it. Also, they charge $3.00 per transaction at the ATM for not having an account with them even if it is another Credit Union account you have.

  Hello, Ligia. Our Sun Lakes location is listed as inside of Albertson’s on our website and our address on Google takes you right to Albertson’s as long as Suite #7 is specified. We are not sure where you got the information about Marshall’s, aside from Marshall’s being in the same shopping center. If you could provide us any additional information to help us avoid this confusion in the future, please let us know. Additionally, we do not participate in shared branching at this time, but our ATM’s are co-op, so there should be no surcharge as long as your financial institution participates in co-op. The back of your debit card will have a co-op logo if your financial institution offers it. If you ran a cash advance at one of our branches, then the fee would be charged from your own financial institution, not from us. Hopefully this clears up any confusion about the transaction that occurred at this location. Thank you for your feedback.
