I don't usually write reviews, but this guy is a rock star! I initially used Rob and Guaranteed Rate for my home purchase in Nov. 2017, then did a re-fi in Feb 2019. Both experiences were easy. When rates dropped in June 2020, I went to him a third time, as did everyone else. Despite being busy, Rob and his team delivered it a third time. The best thing about working with Rob is how overall efficient he is, not to mention the time he takes to answer your questions in non-layman terms, provide different options, crunch numbers, and keep you updated on the loan process. I am rather critical about good customer service and Rob far exceeds all my expectations. I will never use anyone but Rob when purchasing or re-financing a home.
