      We started with another big box National company and had a horrible experience to the point that we thought we would have to back out of our dream home. Earnest money, inspection and appraisal was already done. Our payment kept climbing with every new loan estimate. A $750 per month increase from the first. However, Amanda and the AMCAP team saved the day and we even managed to close on time. They looked at everything and realized the big National company was over estimating our taxes. They gave us a great rate and got our payments to a reasonable place. If you’re in North Texas and don’t go with AMCAP at least go local! You won’t regret it.
