These people have 0 customer service skills. I would rather deal with any other bank than ANB home mortgages. I cancelled a work trip to be at a closing after signing a PoA for my husband to sign for me and they were charging for their lawyers to review. A PoA from the title company they chose? I decided to cancel the trip and go to the closing and communicated this to them. They went ahead and got the PoA reviewed by their lawyers anyway and did not tell me so when I showed up to closing the title company was confused and I couldn’t sign anything anyway. A huge waste of time and money. They also told us different rates on the phone than was on our contract. They fixed it by closing when I left a 1 star review. They called me to take the 1 star review down. Terrible. Stay away.
