      If I could give "Negative Stars" I would've. As a local Realtor I have NEVER worked with a lender that was as negligent as Matt was. With the current market as crazy as it is, expectations for your lender are high. However, there was a SEVERE LACK of communication, none of the expectations he set for my clients were met, timelines meant nothing (even with my Clients money on the line)... Turns out he wasn't even the loan officer but was "helping" another loan officer while no one else on either side of the deal were notified of this. There are SO many other and better options for a lender that I would recommend going ANYWHERE but here unless you want to lose the house and your earnest deposit.
