I opened my account because of the good reviews, but I had two bad experiences. First I applied for a personal loan and only got a return on the application 2 weeks later. The second problem was FNBO asked a co-signer to approve my personal loan. My wife went with me to the bank and we authorized it, they made a new application without my knowledge, they didn't accept it again, even though they told me I only needed a co-signer. Terrible service for me, especially not having a decent return.

I know they have been gone a bit but when Brandon M and Isabel were the bankers down here they were rockstars! Always took the time to talk and would do everything they could to get the best outcome for me. I hope they are both still doing well within the bank.
