      We closed on our first home last Thursday but did not go with Brett Wilkerson. We were referred to Brett by multiple people but the experience was not pleasant. We were approved for a certain amount that we weren't happy with and when shopping at other banks his response was that "you'll never find anything more then what I'm going to give you" Well...we did. He presented us with loan options, never discussed with us interest rates etc, was just worried how we were going to obtain a down payment. His advice was to take out of our 401k. Looking back all of the advice we got from him was in my opinion, not great advice. EDIT: Based on the response I received after my review; my rating went down to one star. Instead of reaching out or genuinely apologizing, It just got turned into being my fault.
