I have had really great service and assistance in setting up my Sr. accounts at this USBank. The staff/window persons have always been friendly and professional. Had there been "no charge" cashier checks/money orders, I would have given this bank an earned 5 star rating.

Sitting in their drive thru now where I have been for almost 20 minutes. Just dropping off a check for deposit. Still have not even been greeted. I used to actually enjoy coming to this branch because the staff were so friendly, but service has been really poor the past few visits…disappointing!! I am glad I moved most of my banking to Park Bank just up the road!!
