  I have been with this bank since it was Southwest Bank of Texas. The customer service was beyond compare…until about 2 years ago. The staff is rude and unhelpful, even to the point of combativeness. These are all new employees. The previous staff have all left or retired. The way they handle the account notifications is almost criminal. I am supposed to get notices if my account goes below a certain level, and account balances on a daily basis. The notices are never a true reflection of my account balances. Therefore, if I get overdrawn, I don’t get notified in time to avoid the NSF fees. Which, they will charge $35.00 if you are overdrawn by the smallest of amounts. My 18 year old daughter was charged $105 in fees when she had money available in her savings account. I asked that the fees be reversed since she wasn’t notified (even though she is set up for alerts) and they wouldn’t do it. This bank is getting rich by overcharging people for NSF fees that could have been avoided with proper notification. Worst customer service, ever!

  I swear 95% I gave her 200$ through outside Tellar access via next to atm during bank hours the outside service you use the cylinder that you send up in the bank. Anyways I double counted 200 and even announced it to the Tellar as I put it in cylinder and when she received it inside she said I only gave her 180 but because I have no proof besides that I know I gave 200 I just lost 20$ ;(
