      Low Knowledge, Low Capability... do a mortgage at your peril... Staff are just people...but they have horrible training...terrible support from leadership. So much to say...basically they are failures because the institution is a failure.

      I love this bank but this branch is horrible the lines are always long and it seems like the other employees don't even bother to help.I met the Manager I tried asking her a question while she was in her office alone and before I could get three words out she told me I have to wait in line. Even Wells Fargo has better customer service then this branch. I would just like to be respected at a place that holds my finances.
