Zach Ford was wonderful at the Cottonwood Heights branch. I put in an application for an auto loan and by the next day not only did we have our new car but Zach refinanced my existing loan on a different car and saved us $200.00 a month. That savings almost pays for the new car by itself. Thank you Zach! I have had my checking account at America First for over 15 years, also my late parents had theirs their for so very long, and we have been happy with their service. Thank you America First!

We have a loan through them for a Toy Hauler bought in March 2022. It is now almost July and we have not been able to license it because they don't seem to care to send the title to Wy to be licensed. If you have to call them it takes hours to be able to speak to anyone. this is a horrible place to get a loan.

I've been with America First Credit Union since I was 18, I'm now 35. I closed my account back in January 2021... and they have mailed me advertisements and statements for the last 7 months!!!!!! I've talked to several people confirming my account was closed. How's it possible for a closed account to be left open by the credit union for 7 months!!!! I had a debit and credit go through an account that's been closed for 7 months!
