      Went into this branch 15 minutes before they closed and there was only one person in line, they took about 15 minutes with that customer and then when we get to the counter the teller says "we can't help you because it's after 6 now, could you come back tomorrow?" I had to get my grandma loaded into the car and my kids just so they can verify my dad's ID in person to add him to a loan, and they couldn't even handle that for us! Customer service at this location is horrible and I would recommend going to another branch or even switching credit unions!

      Sent prof of insurance on my vehicle multiple times and the insurance company did and they still put there in-house insurance on my loan that is 10x higher 900.00 per month what a scam one star
