      Went in to make a payment because the online App with my bank, BofA, showed a 7 day window for payment delivery 🙃 The Rep was sO nice, he explained that with our account that we actually have acoupla days grace period @ didn't know that AND that because they must process my payment as a "Cash Advance" I might be charged by BofA @ didn't know that either {went n got cash😉}☆☆ Very clean, not busy, everyone was nice n pleasant & all were in masks 😷☆☆

      This was the first time doing any business with this location or credit union for that matter. When the ATM wouldn’t accept my pin, I went inside and told the teller this was my first time there and my pin wasn’t working. No hello, no welcome, no enthusiasm, no warmth, no nothing....from any of the employees there for that matter. Unbelievable. I’m in the hospitality industry and I am appalled. If you hate your job that much, find a different one. If it was a bad day, I get it, but there’s a saying, “fake it until you make it.” That location should have a retraining in customer service. So I’ll be taking my business to another location. Hopefully they’ll be a little more courteous. 🤞🏻
