      This was the second time I worked with Steve Berger. The first time when I was buying my home, the second time when I refinanced my loan to have the dreaded PMI removed. In short, there are simply no words that can describe how well this process went for me. Steve is a top-notch professional! Steve and his staff are definitely on top of their game. They guided me throughout the process and made everything clear and concise for a better understanding of what each step entailed from start to finish. No question of mine was ever too small or, dare I say, "stupid." I was treated as a valued customer and always felt like I was their only client in terms of how I was treated. More importantly, Steve's integrity is beyond the charts! He is honest and caring and will rather tell you if you can do better than what he can offer you, take it.
