      I came in yesterday to open an account for my father-in-law who has Alzheimer’s and who’s also had bad bank history in the past. We had already been turned away by another bank and Jayden helped me set up a savings account so that I could pay his bills for him. Jayden was so incredibly nice, understanding, professional, and helpful. She was clear about the process, what we needed, what the account could and could not do, was incredibly efficient setting it all up, and I’m truly grateful that she was there to help us.
