      Not being able to call a branch directly is fun. You must use their telephone banking system if you have a small question and why im not able to order a new debit card through the app or over the phone quickly ill never understand

      If you love to sit on the phone with an operator for 30 minutes every time there’s a problem then this is the bank for you. Also if you have a simple question and you call your branch it still goes straight to an operator it’s wonderful!
