      Went into the business to get a new card this morning and Carali (the teller who helped me today, not sure if the spelling of the name is correct) talked over me three different times when I was answering HER questions. If you ask someone something at least let them finish talking when responding before continuing a conversation, commen sense. Also didn’t let me choose what picture I wanted on my card, just started printing it without asking, once I asked I was told it’s to late and that it was already decided for me. Didn’t feel like my time mattered to them today nor did I have a say in something I’m normally asked and get to decide.

      Never call costumer service. They take forever to answer and when you request a call back they call you and for some reason they hang up on you. The worst costumer service!! I hate going to the bank and I hate calling them.
