  This is one of the most helpful branches in all of Utah, especially Brooke Watson she was so helpful went above and beyond and took all of my questions seriously. She was very helpful and very professional and AFCU should be very happy to have someone like her working for them. She was cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, and I don't usually write reviews but she deserves recognition and she did a wonderful job!

  Terrible service you always have to wait for everything tellers and loan officer do to much talking is not sells let get to business you don’t need to talk about all your life and vacations etc let’s focus on business

  I'd give less stars if i could. They did their best to make me feel like what i said didnt matter. Tried to use the drive through, was left waiting for more than 15 minutes. When someone finally shows up at the window she says the wait was because they are too busy and that I will have to wait longer. She goes away again. I wait about 5 more minutes, when nobody shows up I park and go inside. As soon as I pull out of the drive through she returns to the window and starts helping. I go inside, I find no customers at the counter, no tellers helping any customers and nobody in line. I ask to speak to a manager, they tell me none are present but an assistant is, he proceeds to act like nothing happened and like he didn't witness the entire interaction. He laughs when i tell him that the teller was playing with me. When I ask to withdraw my money and close my account he starts giving me this evil stank eye, glaring me down. I don't remember his name but he's the bald one. Awful service. I'll be banking elsewhere from now on. Avoid this branch and this entire bank if at all possible. Fair warning.
