      I paid my car off you guys forgot to report it to the credit bureau I had a credit score of 811 and now it's 7:30 that sucks why don't you make it right

      Poorly managed. Under manned during busy times. Nate the BM was on the scene but did not appear concerned about long slow moving line. Many tellers needed assistance to do their job. Calling is no better. On hold over 40 mins. Every department is busy? Great! Let's hire more people!!

      Very unprofessional, no clue what's going on. I was just here and the teller Will (new apparently) runs an i.d. and fraud check on me to verify it's my account? Which is weird since I've banked with them for three years now. I can't help but feel profiled based on the way I look, so I'm pretty disappointed overall and will never be back at this branch, I'm actually considering terminating my account with them all together. I don't need to be treated like a thief cashing my own hard earned money by some dude with a stick up his a**.
