      I have always had a great experience with every bank employee. I love the friendly tellers, especially if it's been an extra long line (they happen everywhere). You know they must be exhausted but, yet you are still greeted with a friendly face and a positive attitude of "What can I do for you?" This pandemic has taken a toll on everyone so it's refreshing when a business still maintains the positive Goodwill towards all or at least strives to. Not every day is going to be a stellar day for everyone. The tellers are first individuals before they are tellers. I know it helps when I can be a little patient while waiting in the extra long lines, which seems to go by very quickly, if you ever hit one while banking there.

      I went to the loan center to update an account. 3 employees were behind their desks and another in an office. A client was at one of the desks. I waited a few minutes and the 2 employees without a client left. I heard 3 employees laughing, but could not see them. After 8 to 9 minutes I looked around the room. The employee with a client said the boss just returned and everyone is being updated. 1 of the employees that was behind a desk came out from somewhere, went to her desk for a minute and left again. I waited another 5 minutes. The person in the office came out and someone said have a good night. I guess he left for the day. I was there 15 minutes and someone only told me the employees are being updated by the boss.

      They have 10 Teller Computers, they only use 3. Took 30 minutes to deposit a check. Possibly the Drive Thru would be faster. The drive thru isn't faster. Only one teller working the drive-thru at 3 in the afternoon!!!
