      Since ACU merged with another credit union I find the service very poor. The lobby is still closed due to the pandemic. I can no longer access anyone by phone. I'm retired and live about 15 miles away so do a lot of my business over the phone. But apparently that is no longer an option. After about 20 years of being a credit union member iam seriously ready to move my account to another bank UPDATE: Everything seems to be much better now with my account. Really have no complaints. The service has been great so far. Everything is automated - but that is everywhere now with everything!! Gone are the days of personal service
