      The staff and management needs to learn to listen to there customers. I came to cash a check and ended up getting no help what so ever. They told me my check was a fraud check and kept the check. I waited to speak with one lady, I go in and the manager comes in says I’ll handle this I’m starving, we go to her office just for her to tell me we can’t do nothing have a nice day. Now I’m at another bank and there processing my check. I hope your lunch was good lady, now I can pay my bills. Forestdale bank is the worse!! I highly recommend anyone to go to another location!!
