      Have used this bank location for 25 years and will not be back. Adrian is very rude. I stopped by for assistance (my 2nd visit in YEARS). I left and opened a checking account somewhere else and have started the process to finance my mortgage somewhere else. Hope things get better, Adrian. Terrible experience, but happy that I have a better bank after all this time.

      Its always slow. I can be in line with 1 person ahead but take 10-30 mins to be attended. Staff always playing and talking. Today is a Friday and about 11 people in line and only one person attending. Six cars outside in window and same only one line open out of 4. And to make things worst the same person inside is the only one here (that is at desk) so she is attending inside people and outside by herself. Very poor staff personal at this location. Only reason I see for that one star is for the lady trying to do her and everyone else's job. They need to hire more people.
