  I appreciate 1st of all, that I can get cash out of the 🏧 in incremts of $5! Also, I like that they don't have as many stupid fees as other banks do, and that the fees they DO have, are not for stupid things! They have always kept in contact abt the safety regarding my acct, etc! Never been with another bank 🏦, and don't intend to change it! Thanks for always being such a great/safe/dependable place for me to keep my cash!

  I have been a member of this bank for a couple years now. I had the worst experience ever at this location. I went in to deposit my weekly check on 11/15 and the bank manager at the time was extremely rude. The lady actually told me my check was too much she never seen it before and she was not going to sign off on it even though she could see I deposit the same check every week. I had to drive across town to another location to get it cashed with no problem. I absolutely hate to say it was a race issue but I just can’t see any other reason that she couldn’t sign off on my check. I am a young successful black male. I have a trucking company with multiple employees that had to wait all day just because of the inconvenience of the bank/management.

  This bank is wonderful in every way! Their rates are phenomenal, and their customer service takes it to the next level. I also appreciate that the drive thru is quick and efficient. Cannot say enough about Erica, who helped us with an auto purchase.
