      I’m a member in Birmingham but found a car I wanted to purchase in south Alabama. I was able to meet the private seller at the Mobile location and Haley was very nice and efficient with getting things taking care of in a timely manner and smoothly. I have been with Amfirst for over 20 years and it has always been a smooth process with their loan officers. Thank you Amfirst!

      Don't bother trying to call this branch for anything. They NEVER answer the phone. I have tried on multiple different days and multiple repeat calls and NO ONE ever answers the phone. This has been the worst experience with a loan and trying to pay it off.

      I have been with awhile and I have never had any issues always super sweet when walking into the branch or even handling business though the drive though, even when I had fraud on my acct the process was super simple and easy I have always been taken care of with no problems at all even though customer service. This is my forever bank and I won’t be going anyway
