Direct Mortgage Loans made my home buying experience a complete nightmare. Michelle Blakeney is as incompetent as they get. She never knew the answers to my questions and would not get back with me with the answers in a timely manner. In fact, my payments ended up being $200 more per month due to her lack of responsiveness and not locking in the original interest rate. Further, the seller and I had to push out the closing date twice due to Direct Mortgage Loans moving so slowly and we STILL did not close on time!
