      Robin was amazing to work with. She was available to hop on a call or text anytime...and we closed in 2 weeks!! It was impressive and I've never heard of such a fast close before. We are in strange real estate times and Robin was honest with me and patient with me as we worked through scenarios of what was possible from a house payment wise to a house purchase price. I would definitely work with her again!

      I worked with Robin to refinance my house, and it was the best / easiest experience. As a teacher I dislike dealing with refinancing because the underwriting process. Typically the underwriters have an issue with how many months I am paid through the year. Robin helped so much with that and completely understood my frustrations. She worked with the underwriters to get me what I wanted. Lastly, in a time when so much is done virtually, I was happy to go into her office to sign papers. She is genuinely a kind person and makes it so easy to communicate. I would highly recommend her!

I truly with I had a super-power with underwriters, but it's really just a matter of preparing up-front and making sure that we have all of the information done correctly before it hits the underwriter's queue. Planning and preparing helps! But you already know that - I'm sure that's what you tell your students too.. :) So happy that you got such a great rate!
