      There are homeless people sleeping in front of the building on Garnet and next to the parking lot in back. The Chase employees inside do not seem at all concerned.

      I am shocked at how many times I have called with no answer, called and finally got an answer and promised to be called back, walked into the branch with promises to call me and schedule an appointment for the last 2 weeks with ZERO luck of anyone ever doing what they actually say they will do-SIMPLY schedule me an appointment to open a business checking & savings account. Should I just change banks at this point to one that has responsive employees? I understand we are under pandemic circumstances, WAITING to be seen is not the problem. It’s simply the communication ( lack of) in the 2 weeks of consistent effort to make an appointment with a representative.
